(KWNO)-Winona State University is appointing Ken Graetz as interim Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Library and Robin Honken as interim Chief Information Officer.
Graetz came to WSU in 2002 and is currently Director of Teaching, Learning and Technology Services. Honken has been at WSU since 2001 and is the Director for Digital Transformation and User Services.
WSU interim President Ken Janz said in a press release promoting Graetz and Honken is advantageous because “in times of transition, a successful community of learners looks within for dedicated individuals who are willing to step up and assume new roles.”
The search for a permanent Winona State president is scheduled to begin this fall. Janz was named interim president of WSU when Robert Olson left to become to the chancellor of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
