(KWNO)-The Steamboat Days medallion hunt for 2023 brought seekers to Woodlawn Park Cemetary. Dave Kuklinski, part of the Market Street Tap team, was the first to arrive.
“It’s just been a fun effort of old-timers and young ones trying to pick out clues and solve riddles,” said Kuklinski.
The team also found the medallion in 2019 and 2021. Kuklinski said the clues were “moderately difficult” this year but the best part is just hunting with close friends and being a part of the Steamboat Days festivities. In addition to Kuklinski the Market Street Tap team members are Rick Hovey, Karla Hovey, Matt Hovey, Steve Roberts and John Glowcheski.
