
(KWNO)-On Tuesday, December 6th, at 3:21 p.m., officers responded to a report of a two-month-old with a fractured ulna (arm) at Winona Health.
How the fracture occurred is currently unknown.
The child’s parents were present at the hospital at the time of the officers’ arrival and cooperated.
Officers are working on the case with the assistance of a social worker and Child Protective Services.
No arrests have been made, but an investigation is still ongoing.
