(KWNO)- Winona Health is planning on holding two closed vaccine clinics this week.
“We have a vaccination clinic both on Thursday and Friday,” said Winona Health President/CEO Rachelle Schultz on KWNO’s In the Know Monday. “We have just short of 430 vaccine doses on Thursday and another 100 on Friday.”
Schultz says Winona Health administered over 1,400 doses last week, including 1,100 first-time doses. Schultz says local officials have caught up on vaccination doses that were delayed due to winter weather across the country.
Schultz says the clinics are efficient and is excited for a potential influx of doses coming into Winona.
