FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. (KWNO)-The Cochrane-Fountain City School District has a new Superintendent.
The district announced Troy White will start his role on July 1. White comes from the Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau School District where he served as Director of Instruction and Principal at the high school.
White was one of three finalists for the position. The district’s website listed Dawn Lueck, Principal at Washington-Kosciusko Elementary in Winona, and Sarah Tobiason, District Director of Special Education and Elementary Principal in the Decorah Community School District, Decorah, Iowa as the other two finalists.
Current Superintendent Jo-Ellen Fairbanks will be moving to lead the Luxemburg-Casco School District, which is east of the Green Bay area in Wisconsin.
