(KWNO)-Meteorologists are tracking possible severe weather for the Winona area Thursday.
The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center tabs the area as having a slight risk for severe storms, which means scattered storms are possible. The main threats are hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain.
The storm timing ranges from Thursday afternoon into Thursday night. A cold front expected to push through the area will end the severe threat by Friday morning.
