WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Local hikers can once again enjoy the trails in their backyard.
The City of Winona Parks and Recreation Department announced the Bluffside Park and Sugar Loaf Park hiking trails have reopened. The trails were closed earlier this spring due to wet conditions.
Officials thanked hikers for their patience and reminded them to stay off trails if they leave footprints or tire marks following rain or snowfall.
