WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-The traveling exhibit “We Are Water MN” is in its final week at the Winona County History Center.
“The exhibit shares stories of how we are all connected with water through our regional history as well as with personal stories,” Winona County Water Planner Sheila Harmes said. Harmes says the exhibit also covers water quality information and ways to protect water resources.
With Earth Day coming on Friday, Winona County Historical Society Executive Director Carrie Johnson says the public is invited to view the exhibit for free on Friday and Saturday. There’s also a nitrate testing event scheduled for Saturday as part of the exhibit.
