Three Winona Attractions Nominated for Best of the River Survey

(KWNO)-Three Winona attractions have been nominated for River Travel Magazine’s “Best of the River” survey.  

The survey has 78 categories featuring attractions in river communities across the country. Bloedow’s Bakery was nominated for the best doughnut shop category, the Boathouse Restaurant for best on-water dining, and Signatures Restaurant for best romantic dining.  

Winona’s overlooks, bird watching, canoeing, and kayaking attractions were snubbed in the corresponding nomination categories but can be written in. The voting closes on Tues. April 12 with the category winners being announced on April 18.
