WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Winona Police arrested two Rochester men who were suspected of stealing nearly $1800 of merchandise from Target earlier this month.
Officers were called to the retailer Monday morning. The two men were suspected of stealing a Ring security camera, food item, and other electronics from the store on March 3.
The subjects, 53-year-old Glenn Hoffman and 28-year-old Kog J. Malith, were booked into the Winona County jail on suspicion of theft charged. Upon arrest, police say Hoffman had a substance in his possession that later tested positive for methamphetamine.
