WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-The Winona City Council voted unanimously to name Chad Ubl as the city’s next manager.
Ubl has served as acting City Manager since October of last year. The council voted to approve Ubl after publicly interviewing him on Thursday.
The City Manager post is the top administrative position within the city. Before taking on the role of Acting City Manager, Ubl was the Director of the City’s Park and Recreation Department.
