(KWNO)-A GoFundMe page has been set for the Winona State student who was struck by a vehicle while crossing Broadway St. last month.
WSU sophomore Mackenzie Sinner was struck as she was headed to class. The page says the 19-year-old suffered several skull fractures and a traumatic brain injury and that she is also recovering from a broken tibia, fibula, and clavicle on her right side.
She was flown to Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse after being struck. The page has raised nearly $9,000 so far.
