WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Tag and tow enforcement continues Tuesday morning in downtown Winona as crews work to remove last week’s snow.
Vehicles must be parked on the even side of downtown streets between 12:01 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. Vehicles parked on the odd side of the street or in lot #3 during enforcement could be towed.
The downtown area runs west to east from Huff to Franklin Streets and north to south from Levy Park Dr. to Broadway St. Winona Police say 23 vehicles were towed for violating the alternate side parking ordinance Monday morning.
Towed vehicles are taken to Borkowski Towing and Salvage.
