WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Winona State University graduate Ali Weinmann recently received a financial boost as she continues her education in law enforcement
Winona County Sheriff Ron Ganrude presented Weinmann with a scholarship certificate and check for $2,000 from the Minnesota Sheriff’s Association. Weinmann had graduated from WSU’s law enforcement program.
Ganrude says she plans to use the scholarship to help pay for the skills course which she plans on starting in January.
