WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-The Winona Police Department has issued a notification of a predatory offender moving within the city.
Level-three offender Antonie M. Booker is moving from a residence at the 500 block of Mankato Ave. to the 450 block of East 8th St. Booker’s move to the Mankato Ave. residence prompted an information meeting hosted by the WPD and the Minnesota Department of Corrections back in June.
Booker was released from prison on Nov. 17, 2020. He was convicted for engaging in sexual contact with an unknown female child.
