WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)- The boil water notice that was in place for residents in the West Burns Valley area has ended.
The Winona Office of Public Works says a test of the water indicated there is no bacteria in the water. The water may be colored due to flushing and disturbance, but is safe to drink, officials say.
The boil water notice was put in place for the area Wednesday after water main breaks caused a drop of pressure.
