(MNN)- A Wisconsin high school football player dies after being injured in a game last week. An Alma Center Lincoln High School senior has died after being injured during a football game Thursday against Turtle Lake. District Superintendent Drew Semingson says Adam Massman was active in sports, clubs and activities, and touched many lives across the school community. EMTs treated Massman at the game before he was taken to a hospital, where he later died. The district is not releasing details about the injury at the family’s request. Counselors will be available for students, parents and friends beginning Monday.
