(KWNO)-A former Winona Senior High School teacher and coach pled guilty to three counts of felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Eric Birth was arrested in February 2024 for allegedly having sexual relationships with several high school students while a track coach and physical education teacher. Birth admitted he had sexual relations with two girls when they were under 18 years old. Birth also said he had a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old track athlete while he was a teacher. A sentencing hearing will be on May 7. Birth is facing up to 90 months in jail.
