(MNN)-Governor Tim Walz is naming Tim O’Malley as the state’s new Director of Program Integrity. O’Malley will oversee all fraud prevention and protection of state taxpayer dollars across the state. O’Malley is a judge, former superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, former F-B-I Agent, and reformer in the archdiocese. The governor’s new plan also includes a state partnership with WayPoint, a third-party fraud prevention expert group. O’Malley will start the new job next month.
