MnDOT meeting will discuss upcoming construction on Sarnia Street

(KWNO)-Construction on East Sarnia Street/Highway 43 in Winona is scheduled to start in 2028 and MnDOT is hosting a public information meeting Tuesday, November 18. The meeting is 4:00pm-6:00pm at Winona City Hall. No formal presentation is planned but MnDOT representatives will be on hand to answer questions and give details about the project. Construction will be on East Sarnia from Mankato Avenue to Winona Street and include repaving, and improvements to bike lanes, sidewalks, crossings and signals.
