(KWNO)-A Utica man is under arrest and charged with sexually assaulting juvenile victims. The Winona County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday arrested 65-year-old Jim Raymond Kauten. A WCSO spokesperson said Kauten allegedly sexually assaulted at least two female girls over a period of several years. An investigation was initiated based on victim testimony. Kauten is charged with two counts of felony criminal sexual conduct.
