Alternate side parking in Winona starts Nov. 15

(KWNO)-Alternate side parking starts November 15th in the City of Winona. Vehicles parked on city streets between 12:01am to 6:30am must be on the even numbered side of the street when the date is even after midnight and on the odd numbered side of the street when the date is odd after midnight. Citations for alternate side parking are $25. Two city parking lots are also affected by alternate side parking.  The City of Winona will declare tag and tow orders when streets need to be plowed.
