(KWNO)-A crash in Winona killed an 88-year-old woman on Thursday. Ruth Ann Brockert Marshall’s was traveling eastbound on Brookview Drive and collided with a semi-truck traveling northbound on Highway 43. The semi driver, a 40-year-old Tomah man, was not hurt. Highway 43 was briefly closed following the crash.
