(KWNO)-Make a five-minute short film in 48 hours. No experience and no special equipment required. Frozen River Festival is hosting its first ever 48/5 Reel River Rush Contest. The filmmaking contest is asking participants to grab their phones and make a fun short film with friends and family. FRFF will provide a line of dialogue to include and genre to film as. Then your film will be screened on Sunday October 19th. Registration is now open, and the cost is $35 per team.
