(MNN)-During a lottery, the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management selected 75 applicants from a pool of 569 to be awarded cannabis retailer business licenses. OCM Interim Director Eric Taubel says he’s proud of the work OCM staff has done to reach this milestone and is eager to see applicants move into action with their business plans. Selected applicants must still complete final steps in the licensing process before they are granted a business license. On August 1, OCM will open a new application window for cannabis event organizers and a second window for cannabis testing facilities.
