Construction season brings reminder from traffic officials about the ‘Move Over’ law

(MNN)-Construction projects are in full swing across Minnesota, and state traffic officials are reminding drivers it’s the law to move over if people or vehicles are on the side of the road. Traffic Safety Director Mike Hanson says the importance of the ‘Move Over’ law cannot be understated. State Trooper Ted Foss was killed on the shoulder of 1-90 in Winona in August of 2000. The law is named in his honor
