(MNN)-Two people are accused in a decades-old cold case in Kenosha County. Roxanna Collins of McHenry, Illinois and John Viskocil of Genoa City are each charged for first-degree intentional homicide in the death of David Vanderzee, found shot in the back of the head inside his Town of Randall home in September 2003. The complaint described Viskocil and the victim as good friends. The Kenosha County sheriff’s office says Viskocil was arrested Wednesday, while Collins is awaiting extradition to Wisconsin.
