(MNN)-Two people are accused in a decades-old cold case in Kenosha County. Roxanna Collins of McHenry, Illinois and John Viskocil of Genoa City are each charged for first-degree intentional homicide in the death of David Vanderzee, found shot in the back of the head inside his Town of Randall home in September 2003. According to a criminal complaint, investigators believe Collins, who had been Vanderzee’s wife for two months at the time of the shooting, was having an extra-marital affair with Viskocil. The complaint described Viskocil and the victim as good friends. The Kenosha County sheriff’s office says Viskocil was arrested Wednesday, while Collins is awaiting extradition to Wisconsin.
