(KWNO)-Out enjoying Winona is where the Steamboat Days Harbor Masters found and “Capped” this year’s Harbor Master. Pat Mutter was surprised and Capped as she and friends were enjoying music and libations at Blooming Grounds Thursday evening!
Pat recently retired as the Director of Visit Winona after 22 years. She was nominated by her friend and former WSU colleague, Vicki Decker. In her nomination Vicki noted that Pat’s tireless commitment and leadership has been integral to growing Winona’s tourism industry through her time, talent, dedication and networking.
Decker included in her nomination that “Pat knows no strangers – only friends she hasn’t yet met! She consistently reaches out to others and makes them feel valued and wanted.” Pat and her husband Jay have lived in Winona for approximately 40 years
