(KWMN)- The Winona State Women’s basketball team dropped to 4-3 after their loss to Michigan Tech over the weekend.
They’ll now embark on their first full NSIC weekend road trip. Travelling to Augustana University and Wayne State College this coming Friday and Saturday.
They suffered their first conference loss to Concordia St. Paul before Thanksgiving, but there’s plenty reason to believe the Warriors will bounce back.
Head coach for the Warriors, Ana Wurtz, joined the Winona Sports Network to discuss the two-game skid, as well as what’s ahead.
