Kathy Lynn Tulius of Minnesota City, passed away at her home on Saturday November 2, 2024.
She was born on August 31, 1952, Winona, MN to Melvin and Marion (Matzke). She was the youngest of three siblings. Kathy worked for the city of Winona as a parking control officer for over thirty years. She enjoyed growing and caring for her beautiful flower gardens, and time spent with a dog was never time wasted.
Kathy is survived by her partner in life, Scott Haedtke; brothers, Gary Tulius and Larry (Sue) Tulius.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center – Goodview.
