Adam Fravel has declined to testify in his murder trial. The defense rested its case Friday without the plaintiff in a Mankato courtroom. Fravel was charged with murder after the body of Madeline Kingsbury, the mother of his two children, was found last year. Closing arguments are expected to start Wednesday.
