A Minnesota City woman is the victim of deadly motorcycle crash in Winona County. The State Patrol said 64-year-old Marsha Durham lost control of her cycle on the Highway 61 ramp to Interstate 90 Saturday and crashed into the center median. The report says alcohol was not involved and Durham wasn’t wearing a helmet.
