(KWNO)-Minnesota State College Southeast is hosting informational sessions to answer questions about the North Star Promise Scholarship program. The North Star Promise gives some students the opportunity for tuition free higher education. Southeast Tech will hold an information session at its Winona campus on July 31 and its Red Wing campus July 30. The North Start Promise is available to students who have a family adjusted gross income of below $80,000. There are no age restrictions for the North Star Promise.
