Applications were closed just 18 minutes into Minnesota’s E-bike Rebate website relaunch on Tuesday as the 10,000-submittal cap was reached. Those who were still waiting in the site’s revamped waiting room were notified they couldn’t apply until next year. The rebate covers 50-75% of the e-bike’s cost, depending on your annual income, of up to $1,500.
