(KWMN)- With the Stanley Cup now officially over, the hockey world turns to the offseason.
The draft will be held from Las Vegas this coming weekend, beginning Friday. The Wild hold the 13th pick. As we know, most prospects in the NHL don’t come to the fore front until years from now, outside of the top pick–who will certainly be Macklin Celebrini.
The Wild more than likely won’t find a contributor for next season, but they will do their best to find one elsewhere in the offseason. Yes, the financial restrictions are still there, but some wiggle room could be found.
