(KWNO)-An accident near the top of Stockton Hill has shut down Highway 14 in both directions. A post on the Winona Police Department Facebook page states the closure is due to a tanker rollover crash. Detours are County Road 23 from the west and Gilmore Valley Road to Garvin Heights Road from the east. Chatter on a police scanner around 9:35 a.m. said the road will be closed “for the foreseeable future.”
