Cancer run/walk in Lewiston raises more than $92K

(KWNO)-The Fools Five Road Race in Lewiston raised more than $92,000 for cancer research. The race was Saturday and more than 1,250 runners and walkers hit the streets to support family, friends and others affected by cancer. For the local cancer support group, more than $39,000 was raised.

According to a press release, the Fools Five Road Race is Minnesota’s oldest road race for cancer research. In total, the event has raised nearly $2.5 million for cancer research.
