(KWNO)-The Winona Masons is hosting Salsa RICA at the American Legion on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Salsa RICA. From 5 to 8pm Saturday. Area nonprofits including the Winona State University Food Self, Shriners, Winona International Friendship Association, and Kashubian Cultural Institute will compete in the salsa competition. Linos Taqueria Food Truck will be at the American Legion from Noon until 8pm selling tacos, tortas, burritos and more. Admission is $5 at the door and raffle tickets will be available for cash prices.
