(KWNO)-A La Crosse man accused of killing his stepfather has pleaded not guilty. 41-year-old Alan Fry was in La Crosse County court on Monday. Fry was arrested in January for allegedly shooting his stepfather to death following an argument. Fry waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two charges of first-degree intentional homicide and felony possession of a firearm. He remains in jail on a $750,000 cash bond and will be back in court on April 30.
