(KWNO)-Winona Area Public Schools will be starting two hours late today. School start times and bus pick-ups will be two hours after regularly scheduled times. Breakfast will not be served at any of the schools. Cotter Schools, Hope Lutheran, Ridgeway Community School and Saint Martin’s will also have a two hour delay this morning. Rushford-Peterson Schools are closed today.
