(KWNO)-A Utica man suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash on Friday afternoon. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 75-year-old Cecil Hulshizer was traveling east on Highway 14 near Saint Charles when his pickup truck went into the ditch and overturned. Hulshizer was taken to Saint Mary’s Hospital. According to the State Patrol accident report he was not wearing a seat belt.
