(KWNO)-A Winona man is facing additional charges after resisting arrest and breaking a window on a house. Willie Chambers was wanted on a probation warrant for drugs when officers saw him riding a bike in the 100 block of High Forest Street on Sunday.
According to a police spokesperson, the man denied being Chambers and then started cursing at officers ran toward the house. A struggle ensued in which Chambers shattered a glass window on or near the front door. Officers eventually subdued Chambers and arrested him. In addition to the drug charges Chambers is now charged with obstructing the legal process.
