(KWNO)-The Winona County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant in Rollingstone on Tuesday for a man wanted in North Dakota. 19-year-old Shawn Pozanc of Rollingstone is charged with sexual imposition of a minor and luring a minor by computer. According to law enforcement Pozanc’s relationship with the underage girl from Bismarck may have progressed to physical contact but it’s unclear at this time the extent of that contact. Officers from the Bismarck Police Department, Winona Police Department and Office of Homeland Security also took part in the arrest at a residence in 100 block of Main Street in Rollingstone. There are no local charges right now and Pozanc will likely be extradited to Bismarck, according to a Winona County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson. This is an ongoing investigation.
