(KWNO)-The person who smashed through a locked gate and boarded a private plane at La Crosse Airport has been identified. Police arrested 31-year-old Cody Anderson of Idaho and he appeared in La Crosse County court on Monday.
A criminal complaint says Anderson had a knife and told police he had explosives and a detonator in his backpack as well as two pistols and threatened to blow up the plane if police didn’t stay at least 30 feet back. Anderson is charged with five felonies and is being held on a $500,000 cash bond. La Crosse Police are working with the FBI but it’s unclear from court records if this will be a federal case.
