Dale Edwin Howard, 82, of Arcadia, died Monday, November 7, 2023 at Grand View Care Center in Blair.

A funeral service will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church with Reverend Rufus Kudee officiating.  Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Wozney-Killian Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at church.
