(KWNO)-Winona County Environmental Services will be inspecting recycling carts for contamination and other recycling issues. A post on the department’s Facebook page says the aim is to give residents personalized feedback to help them recycle correctly. The department will leave tags on carts with suggestions and tips. Tagging of carts will not affect collection of recyclables, unless an issue so severe it obstructs the cart from being collected.
