(KWNO)-If you we’re out and about in Winona a couple weekends ago you might have seen a guy set up with an
easel and paints at different locations around the city. That guy is Scott Lloyd Anderson, a professional artist based in the Twin Cities whose painted all around the world. 
Anderson and was making his second trip to Winona, drawn back by the natural beauty of the area. Anderson painted scenes of the barges on the Mississippi River and the fountain in Windom Park but was most intrigued Latsch Island and the boat houses.
