(KWNO)-A construction project on Gilmore Valley Road near Saint Mary’s University will start later this week or early next week. Crews will be milling up the road and then repaving it.
Winona County Assistant Engineer Troy Drath says it’s a two-to-four-day project. The road will be down to one lane so flaggers or automated traffic control devices will be directing drivers. But Drath says delays will be minimal.
The project will span roughly a mile and a half stretch of Gilmore Valley Road. The county is also working on a similar paving project this week on Valley View Drive and
Springbrook Drive.
