Youth football teams won’t try to tackle the heat

(KWNO)-The Morrie Miller Youth Tackle Football league won’t practice this week because of the excessive heat warning. Practice should resume next week and more information is available on the athletic foundation’s website. Temperatures in the greater Winona area could hit triple digits this week before moderating back to the mid-70’s by the weekend.
