(KWNO)-One person is dead and an 18-year-old is charged with criminal vehicular homicide following a street racing incident in Mankato. Kaylee Richmond was reportedly found sobbing in her vehicle last Monday. She told police she was street racing and hit someone. Richmond was going 75 miles an hour in 35 miles an hour zone. The identity of the victim was not released.
